Kateryna Hryhorenko is a Ukrainian actor working across film, television and theatre in Ukraine, the EU and the UK.

UK screen credits include Extraordinary (Season 2, Sid Gentle Films/Disney+) and Doctors (BBC). Her most recent theatre production was Blood on Your Hands at Southwark Playhouse.

She graduated from the Ivan Karpenko-Kary Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television and has trained internationally through professional workshops across Europe, including with Jack Waltzer (student of Stella Adler and Elia Kazan), Thomas Richards (Jerzy Grotowski’s longtime collaborator and student), Giles Foreman and others.

She is currently developing a one-woman show in collaboration with Theatre No Theatre in Pontedera, Italy.

In addition to Ukrainian, English and Russian, she can also perform in French and Polish. She holds a UK work permit.
