Freddie Stevenson trained at RADA. After graduating he worked extensively in theatre and television in the UK. Concurrently Stevenson released several albums of original songs and played extensively in London and around the UK. After touring the UK and the US in Sir Peter Hall’s production of ‘As You Like It’ Stevenson, a US/UK dual citizen, based himself in Brooklyn, New York and continued to write, record and perform. He co-wrote several songs with Mike Scott of the Waterboys and supported the band on large tours of the US, UK and Europe. In the US, Stevenson continued acting work with productions at the Shakespeare Theatre in Chicago and work with MA student playwrights and directors at Columbia University. After a decade in the US Stevenson returned to the UK and continues writing, recording and acting from his base in Edinburgh.
