Hilma Persson is originally from Sweden, where she performed in many productions at the Gothenburg Opera, including as a flower girl in The Wedding of Figaro in 2019 directed by Stephen Langridge. Hilma moved to London in 2019 to study at London Studio Centre where she graduated in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Dance, specialising in Musical Theatre. For her end production she had a lot of fun playing Miss Hannigan in Annie, directed by Norma Atallah.
Right after graduating, Hilma went to Spain to be a main cast member in Holiday Villages show productions, singing and dancing everything from the biggest rock hits to proper musical theatre with the choreographer Billy Joel.
Hilma has a strong passion for all three aspects of musical theatre, with her strongest dance styles being jazz, hip-hop, and heels. When it comes to acting, she is strong at playing evil/misunderstood characters as well as comedic/crazy characters. When it comes to singing, she loves belting pop/rock musicals.
Currently, you will find her in London going to various dance, singing, and acting classes.
