Rose is an Irish actor, and trained mime, based in Dublin. She is currently working on a one-woman theatre performance of The Good Crank by Alan McMonagle directed by Gorretti Slavin being performed for four weeks in Dublin in May. In the short film Rip to the Rescue by Cian McGarrigle, Rose was awarded the Aisling Bea Special Mention Award at DICFF and nominated as Best Actress at the Richard Harris FF.

Rose is best known as Sister Assumpta in Father Ted Directed by Declan Lowney for Hatrick Productions. In 2024, she played Mary O’Loughlin in Tis the Season to be Irish, Directed by Lesley Demetriades for Hallmark, Imelda in Dear Imelda by Declan Curran Directed by Aron Holden (runner up Best Film at Foyle FF) and Rowena in Baps and Buns by Ash Corsidine Directed by Noel McInerney (Audience Favourite Award at Chicago FF). She played Val for two years in the Irish Soap Fair City and Mary in Daniel O’Donnell’s Gas Boiler Safety ad which ran for five years. Her own short film Shifting Sands premiered at the Galway FF in 2021, and Wireless by Brian Dwyer was awarded Best Comedy at Underground Cinema Awards. She blew up a building with Def Leopard inside, in their music video Pour Some Sugar on Me.
