Sophie (she/her) is a Scottish, working-class, neurodivergent actor/comedian/writer/director based in London, and a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community.

She’s a versatile creative who can move seamlessly between dramatic and comedic roles, using her experience in Improv, Comedy, Devising, Multi-Rolling, Accents, Physical Theatre and Singing.

After performing in the well-renowned NewsRevue (Canal Cafe Theatre), she went on to direct another two seasons and write for the show throughout. Her voice work is featured in the latest season of the multi-award-winning audio drama, The Silt Verses.

She performs improv regularly with InStitches Improv & Comedy, while also being an associate creative director. Alongside this, she continues to devise within her Fantasy-Led Physical Theatre Company, Double Jinx. Sophie’s also performed in multiple fringe festivals, including Edinburgh Fringe, in the one-woman show, ‘JAWS: Rebirth’, Camden Fringe, in her company’s devised production, ‘Death & Life in Ashmire’, and Brighton Fringe, performing improv with InStitches, gaining glowing reviews.
