Sylas is an actor originally from Transylvania, but since 2013 has been based and trained in the UK. He is also a triple citizen of Romania, Hungary and the United Kingdom.

Since 2019, Sylas has been incredibly fortunate to appear opposite some genuine British and international heavyweights such as Bill Paterson, Mark Bonnar, Fiona Shaw, Tchèky Karyo and Bernadett Ostorhàzi with whom he had a lot of fun working together in both versions of the London Pódium Cabaret, where he played the master of ceremonies amongst other roles.

He has also set out to create his own work. These include weekly interviews with immigrant artists, a weekly vlog, short and long form sketches on YouTube, funny movie reviews, his first short film (currently in pre-production) and now his first play (with a second one planned). On top of that all, he’s also a stand-up comedian! In other words, Sylas keeps busy…
